By accessing or using the StarAmped service, website, or any applications (collectively, the "Service") made available by StarAmped ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

StarAmped provides a platform for businesses to collect and manage customer reviews ("the Service"). The Service includes custom QR code placards, review filtering, and email notifications for new reviews.

3. Registration and Account Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

StarAmped offers subscription-based services. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the following terms:

• The subscription fee will be billed to you in accordance with the pricing plan you select.
• For monthly subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it.
• For annual subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel it.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. If we do so, we will give you notice of the change before it takes effect.

5. Trial Period

We may offer a trial period for our Service. The trial period allows you to try the Service before making a purchase. The following terms apply to trial periods:

• The trial period lasts for 30 days and costs $1.
• At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
• You can cancel your trial at any time during the trial period without being charged for a subscription.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our Service. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you can request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at ken@staramped.com.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StarAmped and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of StarAmped.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StarAmped, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
